I have waste water coming up in the front yard. Decided to dig . Contacted The health Dept.to get 
a diagram of the septic system. no permit was issued. Con tacted the builder. He cant remember but he thinks he put in two conected drywells.No septic tank or field. My. house is in dense woods. Is this common or do I have problems?
