Hi David,

I have noticed a spongy spot on the low right side (about half way back) of my drainage field.   When I probed it, I noticed that the stone from the field was right there, about 1-2" below the grass/dirt.

Anyway,  what should I do ?

How do I know if I need to have it power jetted ?

SHould I get the tank pumped before adding your product ?

There can't be any water in the laterals when I add your product ??

What't the best procedure at this point ?

I am in southern NJ.  The system is about 15 years old.  I have a 1,000 gal tank, then a "D" box with 6 laterals coming off of it.
