Septic Seep is a product used to help restore clay soils so that they will better accept water.  This works by expanding the clay structure so that water can be absorbed into the soil.  Septic-Scrub and Septic Seep do different jobs.  If they are used together, Septic-Scrub should be used first.

Oxy-Septic would seem to be a similar oxidizing agent.  I do notice that their web site refers to mine for information about the use.
