It sounds as if you have a bread in the pipe between the pump tank and the sand mound.  This break will have to be repaired.  If it is a long run to the sand mound, perhaps a camera will help isolate the break and reduce repair damage to the yard.  A local pumper should have the equipemnt to do this.
