If the line from the house is damaged and allowing waste to be discharged around the septic tank, then this line must be repaired. There would be no substite for this. A contractor should be able to determine this by running a snake down the line looking for an obstruction. A camera would be definitive. If the line is not damaged, then perhaps the drainfield is saturated and not absorbing water in the quantity being added to it. If this is the case, then Septic-Scrub might help. You can determine if the field is saturated by opening the distribution box and determining if the water level is above the laterals. You can also dig a posthole in the drianfield to see if the water is above the stone. Please call if you have any questions.
