I would suggest that you plug the top three lines and let them rest for six months.  Let the system use the lower nine lines.  Depending on how many are in your household, rotating between the lines every three or six monthe is probably a good idea.  

If you would like to treat the top lines, you could use Septic-Scrb, but I would suggest resting first.
