Recently we have noticed that water pools outside our house in the area where water drains from the washing machine (I understand we have a separate "grey water" system for our washing machine so it does not drain into our septic tank). Our house is over 30 years old. We have lived here for 8 years and never had this problem.

Also, I've noticed that water is starting to accumulate around the washing machine after doing wash. Is this related?
