I see why heavy equipment is a bad idea, but how about a pickup truck or small dump truck?

I am having a roof re-done this summer. The contractor wants to drive in back of the house to pick up the trash removed from the roof. To do so, he will need to cross between the septic tank and the leech field. The property is very sandy, if that helps.

Should that be ok?
